A Guide to Finding Your Ground, Reclaiming Your Life, and Beginning Again
This short, honest guide was born from lived experience—from the seasons that break us open and the quiet decision to try one more time. It is for anyone who has lost themselves, hit a breaking point, or wondered whether it is too late to rebuild.
“Rock bottom does not have to be where your story ends. It can become the ground where you begin again.”

Meet Michelle
Michelle knows what it means to hit rock bottom, carry chapters filled with shame and heartache, and still choose to get back up.
For years, she kept her writing close—words shaped by survival, motherhood, mental health, recovery, faith, and the long work of finding herself again. After sitting on three books, she finally accepted the challenge to share one.
Today, Michelle writes with one purpose: to remind people that their worst moment is not their whole identity. Her story is not one of perfection. It is one of grace, accountability, courage, and the belief that it is never too late to begin again.
